Our cleverly simple Portland conversion takes the traditional campervan of the past to innovative levels of function and practicality.
The original Mazda travel seats offer more comfortable lounging than most of your campsite neighbours in their large coachbuilts. Further seating is provided, ensuring comfortable family dining around your tailor made table.
The Portland offers you a choice of specifications. Decide between an inward facing layout for year round practicality or outward facing appliances, ideal for those balmy summer days. The latter will often be specified to fit in with an optional rear drive-away awning. In either case the tastefully designed unit contains a two-burner hob, matching sink and spacious cupboards for all your essentials. Power is supplied with mains hook up which provides 240v electric to twin 13 amp stainless sockets.
UPSTAIRS DOWNSTAIRS
The unique electric raising roof opens up for daytime standing room, then cleverly turns into nightime accommodation. Even tall adults might elect to stretch out on the 7ft long bed!
Downstairs all models boast in-built window blinds, most being electric which operate at the flick of a switch, ensuring instant privacy when you need it. A Porta Potti toilet and housing is available as an option.
The original travel seat folds down at the pull of a lever which, together with a separate base provides a 4’6” wide double bed.
